Default A/C Problem, anyone else have this?

Ok, my car has like 13,000 on it...The A/C is already not working...It is weird, its an intermittent problem...Somtimes the air blows ice cold and sometimes the outside vent seems colder...I tried hitting the button on and off, I tried the recycle switch and still does the same thing...It seems worse now and that the A/C does not even work at all...Anyone else had or have this problem? I am taking it to the dealership next week and im sure they will tell me that its normal...I have to wait till the outside temp warms up because I know the dealership will do everything in their power to not fix it under warranty...Thanks in advance

Is the a/c compressor cycling on and off rapidly (every couple of seconds) or is it not coming on at all? The first would be low coolant level, the second would be that all your coolant has leaked out to the point that the compressor won't even come on anymore. Was this sudden or has it gotten progressively worse over a period of time?

The only A/C problems I am aware of affect 2005 and 2006 GT. There are two Tech Service Bulletins. One for A/C Clutch Failure, and the other for an A/C Seal leak. The TSB numbers are 06-10-01 and 06-04-09.

If you cant locate all of the technical data on our site, you can also find some tech data at the above link.

When there is a TSB on a part does that mean the dealer has to fix it?
