Check the torque specs on the nuts. If it's not that it's likely the vertical sway bar end links that are loose.

If they are loose, make sure when you tighten them that the length of the end links are correct, i.e., the sway bar should be roughly parallel to the a-arms when the front end is loaded.

Do you get this clunking when you are turning, or when you kit a bump? If its when you turn even a little, its the likely the sway bar end links. If its when you hit a bump even a slight one, it is the springs, probably up top by the strut.

06' RedFire GT now very much built....

I don't think he has adjustable links.

Thanks for the response, its not the links I replaced them while i was there even though there was only 7000 miles on car...Sounds like the guy who said its up top, it does it over the smallest of bumps It has no top covers on strut towers, Also just a thought, I still have stock GT struts with Roush springs are the struts toast do to lowering? I will be getting Roush struts soon.
Its very noticable, I cant stand it any longer.:nogrinner

If not that, I would suspect an install issue with either the mounts or the springs themselves.

Thanks, You seem very noligable on the 05 up...Is your car Supercharged by chance? I have just done a lot of stuff to My 07
Supercharged it,3.73s , Custom dyno tune SCT 402HP 363TQ smaller pulley on a Roushcharger (pulled 6lbs) are these numbers any good? I forgot to replace the Cat pipe ,thats coming. I feel a little dissapointed in the low end response it takes to long to wind up,Should I have gone with 4.10s?? It ran the 1/8 before tune 366RWHP it ran 9.0 @83mph spun bad in second every run 2.1 60' I will be hiting the 1/4 next week if the Rain ever stops. should be better:nogrinner
