2006 GT Fuel tank fill problem...what i can do?

HI guys...i speak you about the first one of my problems..the filling of the fuel tank.My tank stop taking fuel when i am little bit below the 4/5 of the tank...there is a mod i can do without changing the tank?
Problem number 2:
The freezing of the handbrake line...i have to change all the stuff?
This are the only 2 problems i have had with my car..

Here's a possible solution to the tank fill issue.
05 Mustang Tank

As for the freezing parking brake, you will have to replace both cables since the boots deteriorate and let water in.

the cables are $51 a piece from ford

i just carry blocks with me when its 35º or below

While you are working on the fuel tank problem, don't forget to change the fuel filter. I've had some guys throw codes because it was too clogged and starved their engines of fuel. I am in the process of trying to figure out how to change mine and i keep crawling under the car and finding out more things about it. I think this weekend i'm going to attempt it in clothes that can get 93 octane on. All the other clothes have 100LL on them already

Here's another fix to the premature fuel shut-off problem... I was plagued with this problem for the first 18 months of ownership... this finally solved the problem: http://www.allfordmustangs.com/forum...-fix-ford.html
