Default 4.6 harmonic balancer question (Do the 3V and 2V interchange?)

so i made the mistake of buying a Saleen underdrive pulley off of ebay. do not ever do this. trust me. at least it is new in the box.

i am chalking this up to "spending a dollar to save a dime"

so when i bought this it was late at night, i was way over worked and i can list a ton of other excuses for making a bad decision, but none of them change the fact that i am stuck with it. i spent $70.
after i paid, i asked the seller if they would sell me something else since i have a 3V. they tell me 2V and 3V interchange.

now for my question-

does anyone know if this is true? are they interchangeable? and since i bought the balancer only, is there anyone who will sell me just the W/P pulley?

thanks in advance.

01-04 harmonic balancers are different than 05-07
