It should be in the owner's manual. Here's a link if you don't have one:

2006 Mustang GT: 5-speed (was auto)
Show: Hood scoop // Side Scoops // Louvers // GT500 Spoiler // Rear diffuser insert // Stripes // Mustang trunk letters // Interior goodies.
Go: JLT intake // J&M LCA's // J&M UCA // Strut tower brace // FRPP Front Lower Control Arm Brace // Pro 5.0 Shifter with MGW blue striped shift ball.
Flow: Flowmaster American Thunders.
Stereo: Pioneer DEH 2200ub.
Oh and of course, the lead foot mod

Look for fuse #61. That's for power point #1. (the one on the dash) It's a 20 amp. fuse.
Look on page 164 in the above mentioned online manual for the location.

2008 GT 4.10 gears; 5sp. Hurst Competition Plus; SCT X3 w/ Brenspeed 91 race tune; Brenspeed Detroit Rocker Cams; JLT cai; Steeda UDP; Steeda Sport springs, bump steer kit, & X-5 ball joints; GT500 struts, shocks, front sway bar, & upper strut mounts; Progress rear sway bar; Bridgestone Potenza RE 760 tires.

317 RWHP / 316 RWT

I believe the fuse for the power point is under the hood.
