No Start Condition Help!

My 2007 GT quit running a few weeks ago. After some troubleshooting I figured the fuel pump was burnt out. There are no error codes.
The car has a Procharger and an unknown tune. I have replaced the fuel pump with the GT500 pump. The stock pump, which someone had installed the second pump in, fell apart as I was removing it. I also removed the MSD fuel pump booster that was installed and the car did start, but only ran for a few seconds before shutting off. After it stopped running and never restarted.
I replaced the stock FPDM today in case the stock one was broke also. The car fired right up, but stalled again.
Ford Racing says the I need to calibrate the PCM. I have a Diablo intune on order.
Does anyone have a tune that may help fix my no start problem or offer up any other troubleshooting to help get me back on the road?
