Default P1000 DTC will not clear. Any Ideas?

one of my buddies has an 07 GT. he uploaded the hypertech onto his car but it wasnt the latest software in the hypertech so he sent it out and got it redone with his PCM code. when sent back the car didnt run once re-uploaded. he flashed it back to stock and now he gets a P1000. the code clears but comes right back on. we are only 96ft about sea level so i think that would rule out the "will not clear at high altitude". any ideas on how to fix this? hes running an intake that was purchased on Ebay. (i dont know the name of the company) and the hypertech was supposed to be fixed by them as an aid to help them flash the 07 software. car was built 01 of 07 if that helps. thanks guys

P1000 means "OBD II Monitor Testing Not Complete."

From another forum, but I don't know if it applies to S197s: "It means you disconnected the battery recently and sufficient drive cycles haven't occurred to reveal any diagnostic codes. It takes a few engine heat cycles to complete the test."

CEL codes - 96 v6 mustang

Default ...

just means the PCM has been accessed. It will go away on its own. A "normal" code.
