Much cheaper to just go to Ford and get the rear washers for a Ford Explorer. And then stop by the parts house and get some tubing and a couple of connectors.

Except most Ford parts departments will not sell you any parts for a vehicle you don't have. I have experienced this many, many times.

The CDC kit is only about $60. Its easy to install while the hood is off. You have to take the wipers and the plastic cowel off, I did mine with the hood on but if I had to do it again I would take it off.

Have you contacted the manufacturer of the hood? My Cervini kit came with the relocation kit. Mounts to the bottom of the hood, hardly anything at all to install.

Really... I've never had a parts department question a thing and I don't see why it would be in their interest to do so.

Me either, they are usually interested in what I'm up to, but order what I request.

Me neither, selling parts is there departments business. Why would they care what you do with it.

Hmm i guess that i just get the crabby salesmen then cuz they never let me get anything that doesn't come on the vehicle to begin with. Maybe that was just the guys in Alaska tho and i'll have better luck in NC?
