Question 5 Point Harness Install Help

I have a maximum motorsports 6 point roll bar installed in car. Just bought a Corbeau 5 point harness & Corbeau D/S seat to swap out for track days. Have never installed a harness before, looking for your pics, write-ups, links, etc. to help me install.
