Default Turn Signal Flasher Location For 2008 Mustang?

Okay, so I've searched everywhere and can't seem to find out where the turn signal flasher module/relay is.

I've searched all over the car for it, and I'm seeing online something to do with the "Gem" module.

What I'm trying to do is switch the relay (if there is one) with one compatible for LEDs because when I put them in, one side flashes fine, and the other side flashes too fast.

BTW - I have the sequentials installed too.

Can anyone help?

Have you added a resistor to your LED setup. The rapid flashing is usually due to a differnce in the resistance LED vs regular bulb. Not sure why one side would be OK, but the other not.
