Default 2006 mustang v6 engine knocking. NEED HELP!

hi guys i have a 2006 v6 and in the past week i noticed a slight knocking sound coming from the engine when i start to give it gas(at low rpm's) right before the power is fully engaged. I think it might be a problem with the timing? The only thing i have done to the car is install a BBK cold air intake, which i'm 99% sure isn't the problem

Did you install a tune with the CAI? I take it you're not throwing any codes?
