Default Air ride suspension

does air ride suspension work for our cars? i thought when they are lowered the panhard moved everything out of alignment, but i see this kit? 2005-2007 MUSTANG AIR RIDE SUSPENSION KIT Ford Vehicles Arnott Air Ride Systems

i really would like to get something like this does anyone have it? would it eff up the car?

Aside from cost, two of the downsides I see (which maybe they can correct) are (1) the "spring rates" they set are the same as the OEM ones so if you need something different (e.g., for auto cross) you're out of luck; and (2) the system is a "coil-over"-like system in front only, with the rear "air-ride" set up using the same placement as the OEM springs (i.e., inboard rather than an outbord "coil-over" design) with all the issues that set up has.

I imagine Chris has some other thoughts.
