For those who are looking for a source of OEM paint for their 2005-2008 Mustang (as well as different years/vehicles generally) other than their Ford dealership (e.g., to paint an aftermarket hood or spoiler), a company called Express Paint

OEM paint is offered in a variety of sizes, from the 1/2/oz. "touch-up" pen ($14.95) to a full quart size (roughly $100 or so over the pen price).
