Every now and then when I hit a large bump in the road my Raptor shift light lights up. It is as if the light is just being turned on like when you start the car. VERY annoying at night (I dont put the cover on it)...and all around annoying whenever it happens.

Is there a wire that is just loose or something? I checked all the connections and they look and feel solid. Any one else with this problem?

Mine did it Sunday for the first and only time (so far). I hit a BIG bump and it reset. It was annoying, but I didn't give it much thought. It was a BIG bump. I do remember when I installed it that it does have small gauge wiring. I haven't looked at my connections yet. If you don't find anything else, look at where you routed the wire through the firewall. I pulled mine through the grommet on the drivers side by the clutch. Look for a pinch in the outer jacket in the wire. It could indicate a broken wire inside. Look for corrosion on connectors as well. And keep us informed. If mine does it again, I will also need info.
