Default lcas upgrade with gt500 oem lcas
how good of an upgrade are the gt500 stock lcas(ford racing) compared to a regular tubular ones with poly bushings(CHE for example)

They're not nearly as good. Still just stamped steel.

And the bushing are maybe a little better then the stock ones but not worth the money.
