My full mod list is here. The second to the last dyno is what i picked up with the 127500 cams and stage II heads.... The last dyno is testing on the jpc intake and other stuff. My car

Here is a time slip on the same mods in the 389 dyno. and below is a vid of a run. Good luck, i think you will like the mods. Also to answer your question, the arp isnt needed....it does seat your heads better, i did it becuase eventually i will be spraying this engine with a small shot.

http://i275.photobucket.com/albums/j...90327-2024.jpg

Also as for revving it. I have 80,000 miles on my engine, about 80 passes at the strip and i road course, i shift at 6500, no less, if your not willing to rev it to 6500 or even more, i wouldnt bother doing cams or heads. Thats where you are picking up the most power. My car has been revved to 7500 on dyno testing. Still going strong. Again, good luck.
thanks alot on the help. i can't wair for my setup to be complete. and yes when im at the trak i do shift at 6500. and you said u went with the ARP Head Studs b/c your going to throw a shot in later on. well thats what i also plained on doing as well. but thats not till i do longtubes. so ill just change the head studs myself when i eventualy go with a shot.

I would advise the ARP Head bolts, listen to Stlwagon. He has more knowledge about these cars.He has produced more HP N/A than anyone I have heard or read about. I have thought about doing the setup you are going with many times. I am going to probably have to wait ahile though. I have to be prudent in my spending for a little while.

New stock head bolts will work but you cant resuse the bolts on there now. They can be used only once.

New stock bolts arent exactly cheap, but the do cost less the ARP.

+ 1 on not reusing the old bolts. I was up late, so I missed that.I just think if you spend all that cash, it might be a good feeling having a set of ARP bolts. Yea you could use some new OEM bolts if the ARP`S are not in the budjet.
O7 do you have the ARP bolts?

I can check for you on the price, might be able to do a little bit off but probably not much.

Yes its just one kit you order for both heads.

So i just got off the phone wth scott at Livernois. I exchanged my order of the valve spring kit for the ARP Head Stud Kit. B/C i dont need the valve kit since im now going with there Stage 2 Heads.

Scott told me to just go to my locl ford dealer and buy a set of 20 new Cylinder Head Bolts. Ford said there $4.50 a bolt so that x20 is $90.00.
