Yes... Just have to reflash the existing custom tune after selecting the gear ratio change under the user adjustable parameters.

glad to hear your happy with your 373's. Modings is so fun isnt it lol. And listen to everybody else on break-in periods. I did for about 500miles. Goodluck!

This would have to be done every time the tune is loaded yes?

When I change tunes, the tuner ask if I want to keep my previous change (gear ratio) so I select yes and proceed with changing to one of my other tunes and the programer does the rest.

Okay... I can probably get gears installed for free/really cheap at my work.

I don't have or want a tuner though. Is there a way Ford or some place like Discount Tire can reflash the computer and save me $370 bucks?

The dealership can reflash for new gear ratio. I know the one I called wanted 100 bucks to do it. And 950 bucks for the gear install ..........i said no thanks

As far as a tune I am FI and just reflashed my tune with the updated gear ratio.

why in the hell would you not want a tune.they really make these cars performe great.hey and bkid you can always just send a email to bama thats what i did. dont have to talk to nobody he just sent the new tunes back for the gears.i think we douges custmers should all tell douge to get rid of this guy i would be one of the people.if a enough of us mustang owners that do moding said him or us i think he would go.
