Default 2006 mustang gt sct livewire trouble code p1000

I recently installed my SCT Livewire tuner, and i used the DTC diagnostic trouble code. I got the trouble code p1000, I tried to clear the code, but the code remained. I also noticed a bit of a ticking sound when i hit the gas, it sounded like spark knock, and it happened in all gears 1,2,3. does anybody know what the code P1000 means? Looking for help. Thanks Joe 2006 mustang GT.

P1000 is a PCM not ready condition. It should clear on its own.

It'll clear. It just has to complete a drive cycle.
