Default MOD Kit for mustang from Ford??

Our dealer mentioned to my wife about a mod kit that they will be offering for the stang's, which includes stripes. She asked how they are applied and she was told they paint them on, but couldn't get any more info on what comes in this kit. Does or has anyone else heard of this mod kit ford is offering?

Ford offers a stripe kit in their parts catalog. Be very warry of the price the dealer will want to charge you up to $1000+. (Their kit sells for around $300+ and they will charge you more than that to install it!) Bob White Decals has many to choose from, less expensive and you can do it yourself if you like or take it to a body shop you trust and they can do it a lot cheaper than the dealer will.

By going with a decal type of stripe, it gives you the option to change them or remove them vs. paint which is permanent unless you want to re-paint the whole hood. The decals will stay on pretty well once properly installed. A much less expensive alternative. But if you do want them permanent (painted), then go to a reputable body shop, since they are normally cheaper in price, but the same in quality as the dealer for the most part. Enjoy the ride!
