Hehe, no color decision yet. I need to see it on the car, dealer says I should have time to browse other dealers as they will get them in before I get my car. There is another Tungsten order right before mine at the same dealer, but dealer said They may come together and be to late to change color obviously.

From what I hear from my dealership, the '06 should be up on Ford Direct by next week, so you won't have to wait too long to see the color on the car.

If I don't like it, I will change it too, you can make a change anytime before it is serialized. My selection for the 05 that will be assembled for someone else was redfire. After thinking about it, I decided to go for the tungsten.

I just got home from gettin a copy of my dora.
Looking it over the 235/50ZR18 tires on 64E Bright Machined Aluminum wheels have under it, PONY CENTER CAP. hmmmm. msrp 825. xplan cost 735.00

Edit* Note to Self to add spoiler Delete and wheels to 64W Polished vs machined, and look into the pony center cap options.

Short people aren't really short, the ground just rises up to meet them!
You do get a price protection in that once the sticker is printed, it will not change. I believe the x-plan price is set when the car is BUILT, not delivered.
Half the country is selling "plan priced" cars.
My dealer gladly offered to return, not refund mind you, but return my deposit check if for ANY REASON I did not take delivery of the ordered car (I told him straight up that I might buy one somewhere else if I found what I wanted before my order came in). The manager said he will gladly take any extra Mustang he can get, any way he can get it.
Short people use less soap.

geeze, I'm glad I've already got mine and don't have to mess with these other dealers. I hate buying new cars.

I still don't get what the big deal is on plan pricing, the dealer still makes MSRP plus the buyer pays delivery and advertising cost, some of which would otherwise be absorbed by the dealer.

I live in southeastern wisconsin, and would be willing to travel for that price!

Ive been holding out hoping someone will let me order one at that price!
I had that problem too. The dealership our family normally goes too couldn't get anymore 05's and the only other dealer could find that gave the plan pricing I didn't like the people there. So I went to the dealerships in Columbus and asked around cause they all had them and none would give me the A-plan price. They all said "NO dealers are offering the A-plan price" so i said "Oh well I guess I'll just wait and order an 06 from a dealer that DOES offer the A-plan price" So I got mine ordered last monday and now it's on to the worst part of this process...waiting

anyone else noticed after you order one you start seeing them everywhere! It kinda sucks lol

No, a dealer doesn't get the difference between the sale PLAN price and MSRP...if that was the case...I would be taking orders out of our zone for ANY of the plans...as I said...we sell them for MSRP and don't mark them up over MSRP. The "Best" of the plans....for the dealership...are A/Z and D plans...X isn't much of a deal for the Dealer..but it's another unit...and I have sold lots of "harder to get" Fords at XPlan! It's hard for a dealership like ours...we have to refuse business because it's not in our area. One of our axioms is we are a "Family" of dealerships. Family looks out for each other. Family treats the kids and the old folks in the family the same...the girls and the boys...all have a place to go where they feel special. I know it's hard for some of you...the salesfolk are idiots...the service acts like they are doing you a favor when they repair your cars and trucks...the pricing changes every two minutes...and what is promised in an Email or over the phone, quickly changes when you get to the dealership....yep...I know what your feeling...I'm a recovering drug addict and alcaholic(who can't spell for beans)...I was that idot in the seersucker suit, at one time....with the alligator shoes...you have heard so much about...when I got sober...I had to make a choice...to live with those who thought I was a scam artist who would say anything to make a sale...or tell someone who prejudged me...to kiss me where the good lord split me....in this world of lawsuits...and PC words and phrases...I have managed to survive making mistakes because I care....and foolish statements because I can't read the Kings English correctly, at times....but when you get a car/truck or suv from me...you get the best Roland Olson I know how to be....sometimes with warts...but you DO get warts and all!
