All the damage that has ever happened to my car has been from the dealer. I had plastic turning white so they replaced it and put a huge scrape in another piece, fixed my tire but banged up the my upgraded wheels then tried to tell me how rocks can do it. Now its there for a new gas tank and im half sick. Nobody up there knows whats going on, you call and ......but you know, screw it. I dont care anymore air wont blow on my feet. Its just not worth putting up with their BS, lack of care, smart mouth, damage your car and not tell you crap. From ordering the car, getting it 5 months later to all this just trying to get them to fix it, has been a royal pain. They touched up the damage on my paint before i got it, and never told me. But then again, the car was so filthy i couldnt see it when i picked it up. I love the car but so far Ford can kiss my D*ck.

its not ford- dealers are independant...sucks ford cant crack down on them, Ive been screwed by a couple too. if they send you a customer survey, hammer them, write to ford customer care, but doubt it will accomplish much...what sales region are you in?
in any event, you can take the car anywhere for service- if they havent started on it, go get it and take elsewhere. they aint all bad, but I only personally know of one in my area I would trust for service.
