Here's a good place to start. E-mail or call Chuck,he'll help you out. Great place to deal with. Upper and lower control arms are a good place to start and also panhard rod upgrades to go with the control arms, springs, shocks, drag radials......it never ends!!! http://www.cheperformance.com/
I've got the CHE Performance LCA's and anti-squat brackets, I just have to install them.
What do i need to stop rear wheel hop when i launch the car, i am getting a supercharger & need the car to stop this.
I've always heard LCAs are way to go.
Interestingly enough, I never got LCAs but my wheel hop stopped as soon as I got Procharged. Not sure what's up with that. But I still can't launch worth a sh$t if that tell's you anything

nobody really seems to understand this but im trying here. panhards and springs have nothing to do with wheel hop and for aftermarket control arms being strong that really has nothing to do with it either. It the bushings. the poly bushings are much smaller and stiffer than the stock bushings which, i dont know if you guys looked at them when you took them out but they are huge, almost twice the size and they arent as stiff as poly bushings. This leaves alof of play where they mount into the car and makes the car hop under a heavy load from this movement.
second.
stlwagon how are you making about 25 more rwhp and 30 more tq than other people with the same mods as you. either you have something else in there like ported heads or those new cams or those numbers are just inaccurate.

I ran out of room on my sig so I quit adding to it... I had the stage I comp cams installed a few weeks back about the same time I did the headers. Actually wish I'd gone with the stage II. Would have preferred a little rougher idle but I didn't want to spend the extra $ to do the valve springs.
stl... i knew something was a little off there. How much did the cams end up costing you and how much would the next level have been? I'm pretty sure you had to get a new tune... where did you take the car?

~$700 plus ~$800 to install. I've got a guy right down the street (less than 4 miles) who did it for me (I don't mess with the internals!). Stage 1 thru 4 are all same price (except with 2-4 you also have to buy new springs & retainers). I was a little hesitant to go beyond stage 1. Stage 1 does not require additional tuning. Still running my custom 93. Stage 2-4 do require a specific tune. I suppose I could still benefit from a new tune. May get to that at some point.
how does the car sound with these cams. Do you get that sweet cammy engine sound or is it still fairly stock sounding?
I'd say it's one step above stock with a little hesitation at idle. Brings back memories of my old 70 Buick GS Stage 1. Although that was a very agressive custom grind.
I got on it a little after a light change w/ a wet road condition and it felt like a cobble stone street in Nantucket in the rear. I figured it would just spin the tires smooth. I was fairly p/o'd after that. TCS off and O/D off. Is this the dreaded wheel hop w/ an auto? I had the same feeling in my standard trannie cars on whimpy starts.
