Default Real bad rattle until car warms up

Ok i tried looking up a little but but couldnt find it.I have a real bad rattle sounds like it could be coming from the clutch. Its only when i first start car till it warms up and sometimes when its time to shift it will make a slight rattle noise. When i operate the clutch the tone of the rattle changes. It is a good awful sound very loud almost sounds like a heat sheild rattle.I have checked them over many times but cant find the sourse.Any TSB would help or others experiences want to be educated before bring to the dealer.Oh yeah is a 2005 Gt with obviously a stick shift.

I'm sure you've probably checked both the heat sheilds near the cats already. Next check the band clamps that connect the H pipe to the over axle pipes.

Gee I wish I had saved a link to the post that explained this. There is a shield at the back of the transmission. There are two bolts at the bottom of the shield. They fall out and the shield rattles like marbles in a tin can until it expands from the heat and goes away. Somewhere on here there is a post with a picture of the bolt locations. It's an easy fix for the dealer.
