Default 2006 Mustang GT Fuel Pump Volume

I have a 2006 GT with a Magnacharger and have been running a KB Boost A Pump to get enough fuel to run the 10psi pulley with 39lb injectors. I'm thinking about upgrading to the KB 2.6L supercharger and running more boost. Where am I going to run out of fuel pressure? How much fuel will be delivered with the Boost a pump with the stock pump? The Magnacharger is maxed out at 10psi.

I'm not sure about the limit of your current setup but from my research your best bet would be to pickup the GT500 dual fuel pump.

I believe the stocker flows at ~150 lph. The BAP will bump that to ~225. You need a 250 lph pump (or even better, two of them) if you are thinking about changing to larger injectors.

Go to KenneBell's website. I think under the link for our cars, they explain all of this in great detail. If you are considering a KB, then that whole site is "required" reading. Heck if you are doing any supercharger the info is invaluable. Like STL said I think if you stay with the 39lb injectors you are fine. I am running the KB at 8lbs of boost and think that I can go to at least 10 with my injectors. Dyno will tell us for sure. I love my KB, but unless you are going higher on boost, why are you switching?

I run 11 PSI on stock pump with BAP 39 lb injectors are fine.
I get a constant 50 PSI wehn under throttle.
I understand over 500 RWHP is about where you need to upgrade the fuel pumps and injectors.

My experience is about the same. I've been at 12psi for a long time, with the stock pump, a BAP and 39# injectors. It's been working great, but there isn't much left in that setup, though. I have decided that before I increase the boost, I'll go to a dual pump set-up and 60# injectors.

I'm maxed out with the Magnacharger at 10psi. It has awsome low end torque and good HP numbers but I'm thinking about a built motor and trying to figure out what I can use and what needs to be upgraded. I'm thinking I'd like about 550 rwhp so I have a lot of upgrading to do.
