Default Repair work...what do I do now?

So I have had my car in probably 8 times over the past 2 years foe the passenger airbag light that keeps coming on at random times...It has even come on with the technician driving the car and me in the passenger seat. It shows no codes, or error messages. They have replaced and calibrated the seat sensor.

They acknowledge that the light keeps coming on, but say there is nothing they can do because there is no code. <--- Sounds like a load of BS to me.

I am within 50 miles of my warranty expiring and it still has not been resolved. I don't want to sell it back because I don't currently have the cash on hand to pay for the mileage fee associated with getting a new car under the lemon law
.
Is there anything else I can do?

This sounds like a intermittent short in the wiring. Why they haven't investigated that is beyond me. If it is coming on with someone in the seat, and they have replaced the sensor, there is probably some exposed wire somewhere that is getting grounded on some metal or it could be slightly broken. The good news is that you could just rip out the wiring and fix it. The bad news is that those wires are likely intertangled with a whole bunch of other wires. I'd say the dealer doesn't want to get that deep into the wires. Why not do what you are paid to do? Strange.

Good luck.

It gets bumped by a moderator so it doesn't fall off the scope.

They could run some new temp wires to the sensor. If it doesn't come back on then you know its in the wiring

I would call Ford representative to refer to them.

I would contact Ford and have my service records available to fax to them. If this is a repeated failure Ford should have no problem extending the warranty on this specific issue. You may contact the National Highway Safety Administration regarding this problem as is it a safety concern. Why did they do a recal on the seat if there was no trouble code stored? How did they arrive there??? Ford may send you to another dealer to get this resolved, they don't want you ticked off because of a dealers ineptness. I am a tech and the problem you describe can be difficult to resolve if you can't duplicate the problem. Unlike the others I would hesitate to demand that they start tearing the wiring out of my car to do a visual inspection, I could see an ugly mess ahead. If you test a circuit and the problem isn't present the circuit will test fine. Keep in mind this isn't your problem as long as it is under warranty. MAKE IT THEIRS!!!!
