Default 2006 Mustang GT... help with JLT CAI tuning

So I just got the JLT CIA for my 06 gt,and I noticed that the tune from diablo is for 91 octane and they don't offer a 93 octane tune for that CIA has anyone tried the C&L street or racer tune with their JTL? I don't want to fubar the car but I want as much power as I can squeeze out of it.

Does Diablo not have a update? Can you download a 93 tune from their site.

Use the JLT tune, and increase the global timing by 2 degrees for 93 octane.

What would happen if you increased the timing more than 2 degrees?

You'd probably see some detonation or possibly even lose some power.

Oh okay! Thanks for the input. Do you know if you could run Cam2 in these cars if you bumped the timing up more than 2 degrees or would that be completely out of the question?

There are a lot of things that will impact how much spark advance you can run.
