Default 2005 Mustang Transmission Question

Hello -- I have a 2005, V6 with about 77,000 miles. The dealership says there isn't anything wrong with it, however... When I come to a fast stop and then press the gas to go, it acts like it is in neutral and then slams into gear. Same thing happens if I go over speedbumps. Also half the time when I put it in reverse it hesitates and then slams into gear. When I got the oil changed about a week ago they said the fluid was full for the transmission. I don't know if it may be a sensor within the transmission or the transmission itself. Any suggestions?

That is not normal! However, it could be as simple as needing a new filter and fluid. With 77k, I wouldn't recommend a complete flush though.

It shouldn't kick that bad with 77k on it, when you want to go to reverse don't go from D straight to R, do a complete stop put it in N neautral for 1-2 sec and go to R I always get a smooth change doing this, but our ford focus kicks a little and that car has 215000km. definitely check with 2, 3 other mechanics and if they say there's something wrong take it to dealer to fix it.

I have a 2005 mustang also.. with 31k miles.. mine does the EXACT same thing.. I took it to the dealership once and they said nothing was wrong(that was at about 28k miles) I took it back to the dealership AGAIN around 30.5k miles and once again they said nothing was wrong.. They did a flush, new filter, etc and it did not help at ALL.... Its really depressing as i know thats not normal and they keep telling me its fine yet I tell them its not.. SIGH

Sounds like there's a line pressure issue or something going on.
