Default 2005 Mustang Blown Windshield Motor turned catastrophie

I was driving in the rain the other week week when my wipers stopped
working. I took my car in the next day to the dealership (under warranty) about the wipers. They gave me some static about my shaker hood kit, but then they said they wouldn't charge me the 100$ labor to take it off. (They shouldn't have had to, as it's not connected to the windshield wipers or motor) Turns out it was a blown motor, but then they said on further inspection that my junction box was blown as well. I have a sunroof, so they tried to blame it on water leakage. My dad looked up the TSB's (service bulletns) and found one that co-insided with the water leaking, we fully tested my sunroof, finding NO leak at all. They then reconsidered, and said they'd fix the fuse box with no extra cost. I get the car back, and noticed that they forgot to
reconnect my sunroof, my key fob doesen't work to lock or unlock the doors, i now have daytime running lights ( that didn't come with the car and are NOT wanted!)and they disconnected my foglights. I bring it back, they remedy those problems. As I'm leaving the parking lot, i decide to check on the windows. I have the option that you click twice on the unlock, and the windows roll down automaticly. That's one of the reasons I bought the car, and I find this feature handy and very much a reason it stood out from a lot of the other cars I was looking at. Now this feature doesen't work. I bring the car back, explain that they must have screwed up the programing and for the third time in 2 weeks leave my car there. I recived a call today stating that they could not fix the problem they caused, (getting the remote windows to work again) and they could do nothing about it. Sorry to be so long winded, but it's a long drawn out affiar. WHAT can I do to get back the options that my car had before I ever brought my car into the dealership???

I heard some where in here. That once you get a up to date junction box, it cancel out the auto windows. There is no way around it unless you get a older/ used box out of an 05. all the new boxes will do this. they would probably not give you an used one. Only choice is junk yard.

my 07 had auto windows.
you tell the dealership you're going to complain to the DMV and Ford coorporate. You ask the Service Manager who he reports to, and ask to be trasnferred there. Usually, that's the Dealerships General Manager. YOu tell him what you rproblem is, and it's ridiculous, and you're not afriad to take legal action because its a brand news car, and still under warranty, and you never would have bought it had you known you'd have this sort of problem mechanically and with service. You're the one who's paying them; they should hold up their end of the bargain.

Do you have the one touch down and up windows. This is something we all have. The auto windows he is talking about is when you hit the remote a certain amount of time. it will roll down/up your windows while you are in or out of your car. no need to put the key in the ignition. this was only available on earlier models. if you have then you are one lucky person. wish i did.
