Default 2007 v6 - hpipe + boomtubes

Alright, I installed my JBA H-pipe, JBA overaxle pipes, and a pair of beautiful shiny boomtubes....sounds great!

Inside the cabin...cannot hear squat...It's totally silent with abt 5% drone. Can't hear the exhaust with stero on 3.5 =]]]very happy about that

OOutside...it's loud, and very deep and makes an impression. When you step on it, it wakes up. At higher RPMS...4.5-6 it's badass. Has a race car sound...pretty cool

No complaints....just one problem

Im getting a rattle somewhere at 1.4-2k rpms....from the back. I think its where the boomtube clamos onto the overaxle pipe. Doesn't fit all the way and the clamp completes the seal.

Anyone else have this problem? thanks.

doesnt fit up onto the tailpipe all the way? or around it? is the muffler clamp welded in place like the gt`s, you might be able to add one and double up the clamps.

ya, or pick up some small exaust pipe connectors and add a little more length to pipes. when i did mine, i didnt have one tailpipe all the way onto the h pipe and i tightened the clamps and crimped it good. i realized it too late. i got it off and tried a expander tool even, but couldnt get it as far on as it needed for clearance of the rear end so i cut about a inch off it. i actually had to cut a half inch off the over axle pipe on one side to get the muffler up farther too. exaust can be a pain in the butt
