I had to pull off the faux gas cap on the Mustang and its time to put it back on -- where do I get the double sided sticky tape to put the faux cap back on? Can you use just normal double sided tape like thats used on a lot of the pieces on the Mustang?

I ask because I noticed it wasnt the normal double sided tape im use to seeing.

You can use any automotive double sided tape, try 3m.

You can pick it up at any automotive/hardware store.

yeah 3M works very well as I used them on my window louvers

That's what I thought but like I say, the faux cap isnt held on by strips. The double sided tape is actually a round circle that covers the entire backing of the cap and didn't look like 3m tape so i wasnt sure.
