I just recieved my SCT SF3 Tuner and there is no K AND N CAI OPTION IN THE PRESETS... WHICH IS MOST ALIKE or SHOULD I USE ??? because i have the K AND N ON MY CAR

Use the stock airbox setting.

The k&n technically do not require a tune so you will still use the stock setting. To take full advantage of the cai, you will need to order a custom tune.
