Will I need an adjustable panhard rod?

Most need them after lowering. Some get lucky and don't need them.

Personally, I think the people who say they lowered their pony and didn't need to change the length of their panhard are running like a sideways dog and don't even know it. That, or their ride was already tweaked and changing the height knocked it back to center. Trigonometry tells you that it's necessary every time.

The panhard centers your rear end. When you lower the car the rear end gets closer to the frame thus the panhard pushes it further over to the left. This causes the front and rear wheels to no longer be in line, since the rear is no longer centered it causes the rear wheels to no longer be centered in the wheel wells and the drive shaft is now also tweaked and the u-joints need to compensate more for the difference in angle and line. Any time you lower the panhard should be changed to an adjustable.

Ok.....my panhard bar is exactly 1/8" different from my OEM one....which in all said would be a 16th on either side.....will this change any thing?

My bushings are gone in the bar (bought it used) Just curious, shoul I buy a new one?

hmmm... the only thing is the word "adjustable". im all for making my ride better...but when things like that get adjustable...it scares me away just a bit. akes me think id do more harm than good. how are these adjusted? yourself or alignment shop?
