You will break stuff before you reach your theoritical top speed. The driveshaft, and the tires to be specific. Plus, even if you upgrade those parts, the drag of the car will limit you before the engine runs out of poop (even with those gears) Gaurenteed you can do more than 120 in your car even with 3.73's but it isn't advised.

I have 4.10's and I have briefly seen 120 with just under a thousnd rpm's left before redline, sooooo at that rate, it is roughly a 10mph increase for every 150-200 rpm's. I am guessing here, so don't file a lawsuit or something. If the rest of the car could handle it, and I was willing to try, (wich I am NOT) I would not doubt that it would push 140. Something would most likely go bang fairly quick after that, but I bet for a moment it would do it.

Fast enough to get a free ride to jail and a tow for the car.

Theoretical top speed (redline in highest gear) and actual top speed are usually a long ways apart. I'd guess you could stretch it out to about 130 or so with enough room. I've seen 145 with my factory 3.55 gears in my GT at which point is was gaining very slow. Ford claims 151 for a stock GT if that helps.
