Default 2006 Mustang V6-Help me figure out this downshifting problem

For as long as I've had the car (and I'm sure alot of you can relate) I've had trouble picking up speed after I slow down to make a turn. Today I finally got around to data logging the issue on my SCT, you can see the attached graph. The light coloured part is the important one. VSS=Vehicle Speed, PSS=Pedal Position, etc. You can see where I slowed down pulling into the right turn lane and then started speeding up again as I rounded it. During that time the car downshifted from 4th to 3rd but that's it. When I pressed it enough it upshifted back to 4th but it was a pretty big lag. Does anyone have any ideas about adjustments I could make on my X3 to let it downshift more easily? Or will I have to go to my tuner to make it work right, if it's even possible.

Thinking of trying LOWERING the shift pressure in the 3rd and 4th gears, I mean lower than stock. Never tried that before, maybe it'll let the gears slip back to 2nd faster. Or does the transmission not work that way?
