Saftey questions about upgrading exhaust on v6 Mustang the one thing im worried about is not having enough back pressure on my engine when i go to dual exhaust.
2 questions.
1. what is the pipe diameter for the FRPP v6 dual exhaust upgrade?
and
2. do the ford racing stingers provide enough back pressure for the engine?

The v6 mustang and the gt mustang both have 2.5 in exhaust. You will not loose hp or cause any engine damage or detriment by upgrading your stock exhaust. Unless you go to some kind of crazy 3in setup, any aftermarket muff system is going to give you just the right amount of "backpressure" The stingers are nice sounding muffs, and will free up a few ponies.

if there will be mufflers in the back (which there will be with your setup) there will be no problem with back pressure you will be fine
