Default 2007 Mustang Front Sway Bar Removal Help!

I'm trying to remove my front sway bar but the bolt connecting the sway bar to the shock mount on both sides won't come off? there's like 4 threads left and idk how to finish the nut off.

It's just spinning. You'll need to get a pair up pliers under the rubber boot.

That or use a pair of vice grips and clamp on the the tip where there is no threading and use a wrench to tighten the nut..... That threw me off when we removed mine as well.
