Default Bama representative?

Wouldn't it be nice to have a representative from Bama tuners on the site? It's great having access to vendors directly through the forums.

Yes, but someone actually on the Bama side of the business. I've seen the American Muscle reps just refer us to call Bama. It would be nice to be able to have those guys on here to question, and discuss tunes, problems, etc.

We're absolutely here to help you. We'll always go the extra mile to make sure you guys are taken care of. When it comes to Bama I do agree that it's good to talk with the tuning experts when you have a question or problem about your tune. Those guys are so busy on the dyno and writing tunes that I honestly don't think they could hop on the forums much. But I'll definitely mention it!

Our Bama Performance tuning specialists are here in the building Monday-Friday from 9AM-5:30PM EST and Saturday 9AM-5:30PM EST. You can hit them up directly at 888.226.9764 and they'll get you squared away!

I need to call. I had revised tunes sent a few months ago, along with the hybrid tune. I got revised because I had the rpm jump problem. They rewrote all 3, and sent the hybrid, but all the tunes still do it, even the hybrid. It feels a little easier to explain when you can write it out, as opposed to spur of the moment on the phone.
