That is exactly why you need splash guards. They would have protected that area.
Seriously don't you all have insurance? I sure hope the guy who hit you gives you the money for it.
You won't be able to repair bent plastic. It's going to cost you $500.00 + to have it replaced. Not to mention the small body work.

Why even question it. The other driver's insurance should pay for it.
That's right. Unless he's an uninsured motorist his insurance will cover it 100%. It's a moving violation so it's covered. If he was uninsured, sue him in small claims court for the damage. If he's driving a Lexus, he's capable of paying for it.

Look where he is from. I doubt the insurance situation in Saudi Arabia is the same as the US.
Even our insurance is different from state to state. Michigan is a "No Fault" state. Your insurance pays for your repairs, not the other drivers.

I had a dent with a gouge in it and they repaired like new
