Default Who uses SHR quarter windows

OK, Love the look of the silverhorse racing quarter window louvers of louvres or whatever the spelling is, but was wondering if you had them installed or did you do them on your own. If you had a shop do it, how much did it cost?

I love mine. I had them installed but ran into some issues with the paint around one of the windows. Ford fixed it but I would spend the money to have a reputable glass company put them in. 200 to 300 would be a good investment to me if I was to do it again.

Beyond that just do it. These are the best product out there and SHR is a top notch company to deal with. I bought mine painted and teh match was dead on perfiect.

not much help...I have them in my wifes car. I painted them for free since thats my line of work and had our glass shop install for free

^^ nice gig!

Paid around $300 to have them installed. You can get them installed cheaper - but no one around here wanted to touch them and if they did, they wanted to bust out my 1/4 windows....

Search the forum for silverhorse louvers... lots of great advice on those threads about installing and getting installers...

Thanks for the replies everyone. It looks like I will have $500 or so wrapped up in them when all is said and done.

I did a search, but I searched for shr quarter window instead of "silverhorse louvers". I will try that and see what comes up. Some reason, I can never figure out the best search terms for things!
