what do y'all think about throttle body &/or injector service on an '06 Mustang 6 with 30,000 miles?

Dealer's really pushing it.

id be wondering why they wanna do that...pull off ur intake pipe spreay a shot of carb cleaner and wip off with a rag...thats about all you can do to a TB

as far as injecter service, if you run good gas, id say pass on that too.


if you run alot of discount gas ( krogers swifty, bobs mini mart ) id think about it.


but if your nto stallign or starveign for gas, your prolly ok.



ofcorse last time a dealer told me i needed a master cyl line flush i thought they were scamming me... turns out it can crystalize. but i use mine too much.

The throttle body cleaning you can do yourself. Injector service-not unless there's a performance issue, misfire etc.
