I used the number to check status and it told me that it was in hold waiting for a resolution of available materials, I guess a complicated way to tell me they haven't started production yet. Number will come in handy in the future instead of driving my salesman at the dealer crazy, thanks Dave!!

My salesmas told me that there was a shortage of interior upgrade packages.... that could be the problem

I called the 800 number and used the automated system. They asked for a "5 digit dealer code". My DORA has a six digit dealer code. Do you drop the letter and just use the numbers or what? I ordered my car 11/14 and still don't have a build date.

Thanks for answering me and letting me know. I'll call again and see what they know. I understand they update things on Thursday nights so will check on Friday. At first I ordered the IUP but after comparing it to the standard, I actually preffered the standard. My dealer deleted it but I hear there is a delay on spoilers ( Was hoping to see the car by mid January but who knows now.

what do you guys thinks the best color combinations - i just ordered my 05 gt with satin sliver -- light graphite interior and the interior upgrade with that satin aluminum finish -- lol i know what your thinknig alot of brightness on the car lol - anyways do you think the car sounds hott and what are your guys favorite combinations -- how lnog do you think there gonig to take to be built - i heard 4 months because of the interior upgrade -- i dont wanna wait that longggg
I agree with good choice of Satin Silver, mine will have the Crimson red interior with the IUP. I found out today that it has been shipped as of Wednesday the 5th of Jan, so now I suppose I still have 14days to wait for it to get to Austin Texas. I ordered mine on Dec 2nd 2004, I was told at that time 6 to 8 weeks but they were skeptical and it looks like they are going to come close to 6weeks.
