Since Hybrid cars are "alternate fuel vehicles" does adding NOS make the Mustang a Hybrid??? I mean adding corn oil qualifies so why not pure nitrogen and oxygen? I think I could make an argument for this Carpool lanes and tax breaks - yeah.

regarding "Alternative Fuel".
I don't think N2O or oxygen are considered fuels.
