I've had good results from the following:
California Mustang, Moss Mustang, Mustang Tuning, and Graphics Express...on the other hand AtlantaMustang.com has been extremely slow in shipping orders, having said that, their painted parts are very well done and very high quality...imho

We've all had good and bad experiences when it comes to parts & service for our 2005+ Mustangs. Use this thread to post your comments, both positive and negative, on service, support, and product quality you've experienced with the vendors you've used.
Rules of the road:
1. Keep the rants to a minimum and keep it clean and professional so others can learn from our experiences.
2. Don't post generalized comments like "company X stinks" without something to support your statement.
3. Provide specific details on your experience (dates, times, locations etc.)
4. Don't forget to post when a company does a particularly good job too.
I have to give a big thumbs-up to Brent White at Brenspeed and Doug Studdard at Bamachips for outstanding customer service and support. I've ordered from both on multiple occasions and my orders are always filled promptly and delivered on-time.
I had a great expereince with MRT...I had a problem with a hood strut, called their tech support, and the tech went and looked at MRT's Stang and then walked me through the possibilities. I was told if it did not work, they would replace the strut and this was several months after buying and installing the strut. Turns out, I found the problem and fixed it.
Stange Develpoment surprised me too. I bought the polished strut tower brace. then a few months later, they were having a promotion if you submit a photo get a discount. I called them up, told them I bought one already, they said no problem, submit a pic and get a refund ont he discount. I agreed. I had not even uploaded the pics yest and my discount was there in my Paypal acocunt before the end of that day.
The one I have is bad is the local Ford dealer. I had noticed that my passenger side convertible top bracket on the windshiled was loose. I inquired with Ford. The told me it would be a few to work on. I never got a call, so at 430 PM that same day I calle dto find out status. Turns out that immediately upon inspection, the service department discovers the bracket was missing 2 our of three bolts and those bolts had to be ordered...then I found out they were done witht he car several hours ago...but no one called to let me know. They ordered the bolts, and they repaired incident free a few weeks later.
I had a terrible experience with HiFi Sound connection. Here is a link to my post, I don't want to go into detail on this thread...but very poor product handling and customer service. http://www.allfordmustangs.com/forum...ifi-sound.html
My recent purchase was through .:. Brothers Performance Warehouse .:.
I bought my mirror covers. Now they also sell them on Ebay, but I checked their web site and I was able to save about $15 -$20 buying from their site. So consider that with any purchase from them.
They had a good Ebay rating as well. Very happy with my covers and shipping was pretty quick. I would definetly use them again.
They were very professional, parts were as advertised and I received all items professionally packed and on time.
www.bmrfabrication.com was extremely helpful over the phone with what probably seemed like obvious questions. Again, shipping was prompt and the parts were as described.
I purchased a CAI, UDP, BBK Throttle Body, and SCT X2 Tuner from "rpmoutlet.com" in Texas. It shipped via UPS in two seperate boxes. The first box came in with everything but the CAI and when I opened it to check out the parts, I noticed that the SCT Tuner was split in half. It was inside a clear plastic clam shell type of package. I opened up the package and tried to snap the two halves back together but it wouldn't stay together. I called SCT tech support and they put a new tuner in shipping to me and even paid shipping for me to return the defective tuner to them. They said that they want to analyze the defective unit to see if they have a design flaw that needs taken care of or if it was an isolated problem. My hat is off to SCT.
rpmoutlet would not even return my e-mail. They (rpmoutlet) have a NO DAMAGED GOODS RETURNED policy. They tell you to contact the carrier or go back to the manufacturer.

Just bought my first race helmet from www.saferacer.com
Very nice and well informed on the phone, free shipping on any order over $100, flat rate under that. Helmet arrived in great condition, right on time, and included a free catalog and decals. They have a great safety equipment selection, I'd definitely buy from them again.

Stay AWAY from Blue Oval Industries. Bought a product from them, and it was broken. Sent it back, and got another one, only this was broken also. Sent that back and asked for a refund and have not gotten my money back, and it has been 1 1/2 months.
I have ordered from so many companies on the internet that it's not funny. I never had a real problem with any of them. I had a couple of long backorders thru Jegs (one of them is still ongoing), but it wasn't there fault since they can't get the product from the manufacturer.
Steeda was great to deal with as were all of the following:
Classic Design Concepts,
Lethal Performance,
Midwest Technologies,
Strange Development,
Carriage House Engineering.
Really too many more to list here, but these were the stand outs.
