If anyone is buying in Christiansburg, Virginia, go to Ryan Markwood at Shelor. The guy is awesome and hooked me up with anything I asked for, did backflips for me if I asked with no guff. He doesn't seem to me to be full of crap like a lot of others.

Default Good company

Steeda was very good to me, had a problem with my S/C only putting out 6lbs of boost they sent me the 10lb pulley at no charge now putting out 9.5 close enough. I am having a problem right now with Lethal Performance I ordered a pair of BFG Drag Radials a week and a half ago and they won't return my calls or e-mails, big race this weekend and it looks like I'll be launching all over the place again

A+ for CHE!!! Next Day shipped my Panhard bar when I didn't ask for it, nor paid for Next Day.

A+ for Blue Oval Industries, 2 days to get a Strut Brace.

A+ with extra credit for Justin @ VMP Tuning. Took care of me after I bought my car used, he had previously dyno tuned it and I found the receipt in the car, and I needed some help with a couple things. OUTSTANDING GUY!!!

William Snyder in New Car Sales at Joe Cooper Ford in Midwest City, OK is awesome! I bought my '06 GT from him and my husband purchased his '05 King Ranch from him (and William had to look to find the color my husband wanted, but he did it). My car makes car #14 we've purchased from that dealership in 12 years.
And it was the owner himself, Joe Cooper, who threw the keys to my daughter and me so we could test drive the '05 GT (the drive that convinced me that I would own a GT some day!)
Very good experiences!

My service advisor at Jordan Ford here in SA, just realized I work at a local military hospital, some of his friends are here recovering from OIF/OEF. Anyhow, he gave me a huge discount on the last repairs to my 97 V6, over $100 off the price he initially quoted me. He also did not charge me for a tire patch, damn nails in contruction zones, that would have cost me $15.

The guys ar Jordan Ford have always treated me with respect and communicated everything to me, even if I didn;t want to hear what they were saying. 2 of my friends have since bought cars from my salesman and also use my same service advisor.

Course there not instock, tell me you cancelled the non instock items, then don't refund me, then a month later WHILE I'm still trying to get my refund you ship me all the parts that you should have cancelled. Then don't issue a UPS pickup tag like you said you would. Force me to call UPS to refuse delivery, Still don't issue me a refund. Force me to reverse my CC charges, go through the stupid CC company mediation proccess. Then 2 months after I orderd originally the CC company refunds my ENTIRE order amount because you didn't reply to them, and then 3 months AFTER the CC company screws you for the entire amount you finally refund me for the cancelled parts. WTF? are you guys cheefing the good stuff while at work over there?
Incredible list of complaints! Had identical service not happened to me, I might not have believed you! BUT, it did, RPM is the biggest waste of space I have ever experienced in my life, they truly do not deserve air. They have a site with what must be every performance part for pretty much every performance car so at least it is a good library! But never ever fill that cart! You enter hell!

CHE: Top-notch cust. serv.; I returned a part that I mistakenly ordered with ZERO problems and got a super-fast refund)

Steeda: Top-notch cust. serv. too; You actually deal with a particular person who has a real name and WANTS to help you; shipping is a bit tricky; 2-3 day shipping takes same amount of time as ground. WTF?

Brenspeed: I got my part very quickly.

TIP: I have figured out why everyone but stl has problems with rpmoutlet. You guys aren't spending enough cash!!! As far as the parts being out of stock, they are all on his car! See, it's not their fault. He just keeps their attention on him, so you guys can't get the proper attention. Don't worry, he can't do much more or the wife will probably blow the car up (with him in it), so everyone else will get better service from rpmoutlet.

I've had good luck with:

Stang Suspension (http://www.stangsuspension.com) although it looks like their site is down at the moment. I got my intake/tuner package and my shocks/springs from them. Customer service was good, prices were good, and they have some decent technical articles on their site.

CJ Pony Parts (http://www.cjponyparts.com/) Got my panhard bar/brace from them. Prices are competitive, customer service was good, and they're about an hour and a half down the road. The wife and I are going to make a roadtrip for my birthday, and get some of the taillight/headlight chrome for the car.

I've done quite a few mods over the past couple years, so I'm not going to list all of them... just the exceptionally good ones and the exceptionally bad ones.

My "A" List:
Livernois Motorsports - Awesome heads, incredible customer service
BMR Fabrication - High quality parts, excellent customer service
Summit Racing - Great website, good prices, quick shipping

and of course,

S.T. Motorsports - simply the best IMO.

My "avoid at all costs" list:
Dynatech
Art Carr Transmission (of Texas)
Granatelli Motorsports

I have gotten some great prices and service form Tillman Speed Shop. They are only 20 min form me so I can just run down there and pick up what I need or order it. I highly recommend them.
