Default Showdown of Street Tires Michelin Pilots vs BFG KDWs

Which are better Michelin Pilots or BFG KDW's?

Which do you like for handling? Which is better on wear? I was hoping to get some input on that- for example, I know someone who runs Vipers. He likes the Pilots cuz he can still smoke the tires with very little street marks. He doesn't talk about the handling much cuz for that he runs his other Viper on Hoosiers. Any input for us regular folk?

i have the pilots on the read ones, the traction makes the car faster, and it's something u notice right away, if i had the cash i would have gotten all four of them, and they look baddass imo. good luck

I have the KDW's, and I love them... much improved handling and traction over the stock tires! When I get them replaced, I'll most likely get the same again.

Yeah, with the stock tires, the P-Zero's, it's pretty easy to break loose with wheel spin at low rpm.

Agreed, which is partly the reason why I went with the KDW's... its still possible to break them loose, but it doesnt happen as frequently, especially when I dont mean to!

sounds like for mustang style driving, the KDW's are preferred over michelin Pilots.
