Default h pipe question

hey i put on my pypes off road h and just recently the check engine light came on. I do not want to purchase mil eliminators bc im going to get a diablo predator/intake combo in november.. There are no harmful effects in having that check engine light on besides not being able to see if anything else goes wrong..?right?

It's just an annoyance due to an unexpected voltage difference between from and rear O2s. You're probably throwing a P0420 and P0430 (cat efficiency). Once you get the rear O2s turned off in the tune, it will go away.
