I've yet to deal with their service dept. But Jeremy is a pretty good guy and their used car guy is fair on trade-ins. The dealership is family owned and everyone there is an enthusiast in something. Good people to talk to. They are in the central Indiana area near Indianapolis. Friendly people. If you call, tell them Korey Flinn sent ya.

Good guy also. The service dept. was pretty good and did a great job on my gear installation. They are pretty straightforward, but I felt I got low-balled on my v6 trade-in. We agreed on a price, then a diff. price ended up on the agreement. It was decent, but not what I asked for. Once again, tell him Korey Flinn sent ya. I think he knows me fairly well.

Koreys right on Inskeep Ford but i got mine from McCrocklin Ford near Anderson in a little town called Middletown. Mark McCrocklin is the owners son and pretty much runs the business. He took my original order for sticker in 2004 when everyone else wanted WAY above sticker to even place my order. He is a great guy and is still trying to get me to trade mine in (cause he wants it for hisself) on either one of the Shelbys he has right now.I still think mine is better looking, so im gonna pass. But $30 on the white 07 Shelby and $48 on the 08 Blue GT500 are some of the best prices ive seen. Brent
I take mine to service center that is a branch of the dealership and they guy that works on mine is very understanding with my mods. Even fixed a leak i had even though he knew i clocked a deer

Holy crap! Those are some good Shelby prices! The way they should be IMHO. Keep yours, Brent, it looks MUCH better, haha.

Very Personable( we talk mustangs all the time, and when one of us get something changed on our stangs.. we meet up and show eachother) Its pretty cool..
The salesmen dont work on commission, so they dont sworm you when you get out of your car like hungry vultures.. (other dealers do that to me and im only fricken 19..) its annoying..
They dont mark up the prices of shelbys or any other car much.. the shelbys were a slight markup..(6K)...and im talking GT500's.. Sold all 3 in the same week..
Great service, ive taken my car there for minor things and it was a pleasant experience!

I work there, so yea i am biased. I however would trust any one of the techs to work on my personal vehicle without me being there. the drive ability techs though are quick to blame any symptom on modifications. while its mostly true if you have a modified vehicle that is untuned, drive ability symptoms and check engine lights will occur, we cant really do anything about it with only factory pcm calibrations available to us. Suspension and drive train mod friendly though!

Flawlessly took care of 4 warranty items (and 1 non-warranty item) during 1st year:
1) Windshield Replacement: defective laminate between inner/outer layers of glass caused semi-blurred vision looking through glass. (did state they have never seen that before... but replaced anyway).
2) Repainted engine compartment firewall due to brake fluid leak. Took 3 days and dealership provided a free loaner (not rental) during repair.
3) Replaced dead battery and provided complete electrical system check.
4) Replaced fuel pump and sending unit (per TSB 06-9-9).
5) Thought I had the dreaded center-stack vibration/rattle issue... took it in, and turned out it was my after-market exhaust clamps! Dealership stated it was not under warranty (obviously), but repaired anyway. Added compression washers on axle-back clamps and torqued down.. no charge!
Each item repaired/replaced with no hassles/ questions asked.
I've been very happy with the way I've been treated at Livermore Ford in Livermore, CA.

Smith Ford in Conway AR. I've bought several cars from them, including 2 Mustang GT's. Always gotten a great deal without hassle. Service dept. is customer friendly as well.
I have tried 3 Ford service departments in the RDU area. Capitol Ford where I bought mine - they were TERRIBLE. I can't stress how bad they were. University Ford right next to where I worked - they were ok, but didn't seem to care too much about the customer, and just recently Crossroads Ford - they were surprisingly GREAT.
They actually did some troubleshooting of my issues and didn't just look for a service light. They found a problem that the others couldn't and my car is running so much better now. Very satisfied with them.
