I'd have to say Heller Ford of Escondido their collision center is off site but they marked my mustang down from 23k to 15k in a sale and have preformed abmirably in getting my questions answered.
The mark down of so much to me indicates a determination of good salesmanship and the abilities to respond to my questions quickly offers knowledge on their products. So I'd have to rate Escondido Heller Ford among the top in customer service.
I'd like to recommend Ben Satcher Ford aka Ben Satcher Motors Incorporated. They are located at 1201 W. Main Street in Lexington, SC. I bought my '06 Mustang from them back in August of '06 and they have a real helpful, courteous and professional staff. Their repair department worked wonders on my car after my accident and did any and everything that I wanted them to do. They're not much for customizing cars but they can do whatever you want done as long as you provide them with a source or reference for how to do such things. Greats folks at this dealership and when I plan to buy another new Ford, they will be the guys that get the honor of my business.

We also bought all of those vehicles from the same salesperson too. His name is Earl Pratt. He is an amazing guy. Very trustworthy, never pressures you to buy, honest with everything he says. He has never done me wrong.
In all honesty though, everyone at that dealership is great. I've even met the owner and she is a very honest trustworthy person also.
I highly recommend this dealer.

Haven't been to Crossroads Ford in Cary as my service at Capitol Ford in Raleigh has been great so far.
Crossroads Ford Sales Staff is superb. Jerry Ball and Eric Caplan are fantastic guys. I had a rough time at their service department though. A younger guy who was pulling my Mustang back for service when it was 2 days old dumped roughly 50 uncut car keys into my cupholders and the fell all over the center console scratching and messing it up pretty good.
I jumped on their butts and demanded a whole new center console. They delivered it, but since then I have chosen to go to my speed shop for all my needs. It only takes one person to disrespect my property before I am done with ya.
Still, kudos to their sales team!
