Crowley Ford in Plainville CT!!!

i had problems with the service group at the dealership where I bought my mustang. Ford recommended this dealership and they have been AWSOME!!! I have had several questions and they always get back to me and even spent two hours figuring out a problem with my blue tooth, found the issue was with the phone in the end and didn't charge me a dime.

Very interested in building a relationship and the service group is mod friendly!!!

I've bought my last 5 cars there. I started going there because of their service, and when it was time to buy a new truck they had a good price. I've been getting my cars serviced there now for almost 15 years, and they always get it right the first time, and they fix what you need, no extras, no padding the bill. If you buy your car there, you get a free loaner when you get service.

Actually, there are a couple of dealers doing mods in-house in Phoenix. I work for a Saleen dealer and install superchargers and the like with factory warranty. Not Bell Ford.

I noticed there isn't squat in this thread for MD dealers...probably cuz they suck for the most part.

I had pretty good luck with Rich Morton Lincoln-Mercury in Glen Burnie for service. They're an old dealer so they're reputable.

Apple Ford in Columbia can do some miracles with deals due to their size and sales volume but their service isn't that good.

Stay FAR FAR away from Tysons Ford in Rockville and Bob Bell in Glen Burnie. They are swindlers.

I didn't buy from them, BUT I do recommend Lake Elsinore Ford as for buying a car. Great, professional staff. No pressure what so ever. I came close to leasing an new '08, but at the time I didn't have enough money down. They did try real hard and treated me with respect however and the sales manager was a real cool guy.

Natchez Ford, Lincoln, Mercury in Natchez, MS. Dedicated service staff and mechanics ... service manager is a fine example of what a customer wants to find in a service department ... friendly sales staff, parts folks are great and the parts manager is a really quality guy ... from the ladies that answer the phone on up, this is a quality location. I have negotiated and bought 7 vehicles from them in the last 4 years both for the company and personally. Warranty issues have been handled with fairness and successful resolutions. Oh, and "mods" are often suggested ... not warned against.
