I don't HAVE the cash lying around....I WISH..... BUT IM THINKING FOR A USED STANG. ABOUT 10000 OR LESS, I'D LIKE TO PUT TIME AND MONEY TO GIVE THE CAR MEANING. SO WHAT OTHER CHOICES DO I HAVE? and I really apreciate your guys opinions.
For $10K or less you're not looking at any S197 unless it has been messed up really bad. One AFM member crashed his to the tune of over $13K in damages and his insurance wouldn't total the car.

I just added a supercharger to the one I bought last March with 19,000 miles on it for $22k and it is now SCARY with 75% more horsepower. Definitely worth it, hands down. Much more affordable than a Shelby.
Hey man, its nice to see another kid who bought his own GT. I myself bought my own GT at the age of 19. I worked for 2 years, part of it in a warehouse breaking my back, the other part at an airport fueling aircraft and coming home stinking of gas. However, my mustang was worth it
Yeah, im 18 and bought my own also. It's nice knowing other kids are working like I had to. Ive been workin since i was 10 mowing yards, bailing cotton and bussing tables. I bought my first truck at 16 for 15k and sold to it to get the stang. The best thing about working for your own stuff as a kid is knowing you earned it
I just bought mine myself, I've wanted a V8 Mustang forever, especially since high school, it took some time, but I finally got what I wanted a month and a half ago, I'm 25 myself, but still... and the blood, sweat and tears were worth it.... I love my '06 GT!

and with owning the car for less than a week, he has been caught, at 16 years old, racing and receives a ticklet for 147 miles an hour. Sorry, no kudos from here for this kid.
New '08 GT premiums going for 25500 to 27000 and theres a couple '05 and '06s on the lot at the local dealer for less than $12000...one used dealer has a white '07 V6 for $9995...
